eyeCatchLight's latest real estate virtual tour was caputured this Sunday at 1455 Alameda de las Pulgas, San Carlos!
This listing was a beautiful chic farmhouse style property, and I had so much fun creating these photos as I loved the decor so much. Believe it or not, there were even goats on the property! The owners are moving to Placerville, where their animals have more space!
The MLS property listing is already online thanks to the wonderful work of my business partner, Judy Litteer at Better Homes and Gardens Realtors.
I had the honor to create both the still photographs and the 360 virtual tour, along with an additional walkthrough virtual video tour!
Here are some of the photos - click here for the full gallery of this beautiful real estate sale.
The virtual tour can be seen below. I love making these! As an engineer the technical aspect and processing of these panoramas really speaks to me!
Every home has a unique story and eyeCatchLight tells each of them through high end visual marketing. We understand luxury real estate in the San Francisco Bay Area and beyond.
One of the vital pieces to the groundbreaking marketing strategy of realtors is our 360 Real Estate Virtual Tours. Most real estate clients don't have the luxury of touring a home in person if they are moving from out of state, so it's important to provide an interactive experience for the potential buyer that made them feel as if they were actually touring the house in person; something above and beyond Real Estate Photography. .
We offer the 360 Virtual Tours for their homes in Mountain View, San Jose, Los Altos, Los Altos Hills, Palo Alto, Menlo Park, San Francisco, Santa Cruz, Half Moon Bay, Woodside, Capitola, Aptos, Soquel, and more.
The realtor even has the ability to record a guided video tour using the 360 Tour and can use the tool to virtually meet over video with interested parties.
